To change a scheduled Zoom meeting to a Microsoft Teams meeting in Outlook on different platforms, follow these steps:
Windows
- Open Outlook on your Windows machine.
- Navigate to the calendar and click on the Zoom meeting you want to change.
- Click Edit
- Delete the Zoom meeting link and details.
- On the ribbon, look for the Teams Meeting button.
- Click on the button and it will turn blue. This will transform your meeting into a Teams meeting by inserting the appropriate link and details.
- Save the changes.
Mac
- Open Outlook on your Mac.
- Go to the calendar and select the Zoom meeting that you want to change.
- In the editing mode, delete the Zoom meeting link and details.
- At the top of your screen, find the Teams Meeting button.
- Click this button to turn this appointment into a Teams meeting.
- The Teams meeting link and details will be automatically inserted.
- Save the changes.
