Zoom: How-to Join a Meeting - Article

Please see below on how to manually join a meeting in Zoom.

Every meeting has a meeting ID that should be 9-10 digits long. Example (401-024-1336). This number always appears at the top of a given meeting. 

1. In your Zoom app select “Join”. 
   
   
   
   
   
2. Enter the meeting ID that was provided by the organizer in the “Meeting ID or Personal Link Name” field. 
   
   
   
   
3. It’s a good idea to add a “Screen Name”.  
   
   
   - Your name will work. 
   
   
4. Select “Join”.
   
   
   
   Note: You may be prompted to enter a password.  The organizer of the meeting should have provided one.  Enter it at this time.  If they have not, please reach out to them for the password so you can enter the meeting.
