Assuming the super user was already contacted to confirm that the password is up to date, please check to following.
- The correct browser is being used for the intended carrier site login.
- Some carrier sites only work on Internet Explorer(IE), and most won't work in IE at all.
- Confirm the correct browser is being used before attempting to sign in.
- If the password was recently updated it's important to run "Refresh Sites" on the
LastPass plugin.
- If the Vault page is open it will need to be closed for this to work.
- Left Click on the LastPass plugin at the top of the hosted browser
.
- Select "More Options"
- Select "Advanced"
- Select "Refresh Sites"
- Left Click on the LastPass plugin at the top of the hosted browser
- If the Vault page is open it will need to be closed for this to work.
- If the site still isn't working it may be a helpful to contact the carrier for direction.
NOTE: Under NO circumstances should a user attempt the same login multiple times without attempting to troubleshoot the issue. This will lock the account and create more work for the department super user.
