You've launched the Epic application and are presented with the "Enterprise ID" window. This should only appear to users upon first sign in to the platform and shouldn't appear a second time. If it does, please make your IT department aware by submitting a formal ticket at https://lambis.zendesk.com.
Upon first Login of Epic you'll receive the following window:

- Enter "LAMBF01"
- Click the "Continue" button.
You should now be prompted to enter your Epic Credentials. If you do not have your Epic Credentials please submit a formal ticket at https://lambis.zendesk.com.
