When an EPIC Template isn't processing correctly in its respective view application please complete the following steps starting from the HOME tab:
- Select "Configure"
- Click "Attachment"
- Scroll down and select "Templates"
- Find and select the Template in question in the list that populates to the right:
- In the "Actions" dropdown menu above select the "Edit Template" option.
- Upon selecting this option Epic should will run a Software Update.
- When the document loads select "Enable content" in the yellow banner at the top.
The user should now be able to use the document through their normal process: Agency Request Form example below.
- New > Attachments > Document > (Window Populates) > Select "Financial Services Servicing" on the Template Folder> Agency Invoice Request for the Template > OK
