Viewing your older tickets will require you to be signed into Zendesk. You can only access this option when logged in.
- Much like Canceling a Submission, after you’ve logged in, you will click on your name in the upper righthand corner of the screen.
- Click on the down arrow and select Requests.
- It will take you to a list of all your ticket requests whether they are open or solved. You can access any of these tickets by clicking on the SUBJECT link.
- It will take you to the ticket detail and from there you can see all the data points, emails/conversations, screenshots/images, etc… relating to your ticket. You can see each of these sections in the detail below.
