If you want to copy and paste a screenshot or image into your ticket, you must be logged into Zendesk.
- After you have signed into Zendesk, click on Submit a Request.
- Once you have selected your ticket type and filled in the form, open the SNIPPING TOOL on your computer. Select NEW in the lefthand corner of the tool. Then select the part of your screen you want to capture/screenshot by left-clicking and holding down with your mouse until the rectangular selection is exactly what you want and then release the button.
- It will then create a new dialogue window with your screenshot/selection.
- Next right-click on the Snipping Tool dialogue window image and select COPY.
- Then go back to your Submit a Request Submission in Zendesk and scroll down to the DESCRIPTION box. Click inside the open description area. Next, you can either right-click and hit PASTE from the drop-down menu or hot CTRL + V on your keyboard. Either option will paste the screenshot into that space for you.
- Once the form is complete and you have pasted your screenshot into the ticket, you can click Submit.
