RingCentral: Transferring a Call- Deskphone

 TRANSFER A CALLER

So someone wants to speak to your manager? Wonderful, you have work to do anyway.

1.  Press this button:
   • 
2. Dial the Extension or Phone Number they need.
3. You will here that person answer the phone.
   • This is your chance for a "soft transfer".
     • "Hi [name], I have [callers name] on the phone, and they would like to speak with you about [topic]. Please stand by for the transfer.
4. Press this button:
   • 
5. Hang Up the phone.
