RingCentral: Checking your VoiceMail from a Deskphone

CHECK YOUR VoiceMail

1. Press this button:
   • 
2. Enter your VoiceMail Passcode
   
   • Only you should know this number.
     • Passwords can't be:
       • all one number "000000"
       • less than 6 digits
       • be consecutive numbers "123456"
3. Press the "#" pound key.
   • 
     • This is not to be confused with the "Hashtag" key.
4. Press "1" twice
   • 
   • 
5. You can now listen to your voicemails.
   • NOTE: The "7" key deletes Vmails.
   • NOTE: The "#" key Saves Vmails.
