To Forward your calls to another phone please see the following.
- Press the "Home" key on you phone interface.
- Select the "Forward" option using the directional pad.
directional pad allows you to select from a list of options.
Select forward.
- You should see three options after selecting the forward option.
- Always (Disabled)...
- Will ring straight through to the number of your choosing.
- Best for out of office, and expecting calls.
- Will ring straight through to the number of your choosing.
- No Answer (Disabled)...
- Will only ring the new number if you don't answer your desk phone.
- Best for in office, but expecting calls.
- Will only ring the new number if you don't answer your desk phone.
- Busy (Disabled)...
- Will ring the new number if your phone is in use.
- Best for pushing calls to your voicemail.
- Will ring the new number if your phone is in use.
- Note: If any of the above options says "(Enabled)" then your phone is already forwarding to another number.
- Always (Disabled)...
- Select the option that best fits your schedule by using the directional pad and the "Select" soft key.

- Enter the number you wish to forward your calls to.
- Press the "Enable" soft key.
