RingCentral: How To Set Up Call Forwarding - Deskphone

How to activate and deactivate call forwarding your work number to your cell phone.

1. Call your desk phone.
   • Lamb Land Lines (Lamb-lines) & your extension.
   • Your Direct office line Number.
     
     
2. Wait for the voicemail to pickup.
   • Press the star key *
     
     
3. You'll be prompted to input your voicemail Password:
   • Enter PW and press #
4. Once the password is accepted.
   • Press the star key *
5. To change your call forwarding options
   • Press 4
6. Forward Calls
   
   • 1 = Activate
   • 2 = Deactivate
     
7. To hang up
   
   1. Press the star key, then 9

Speed Dial Format: 6109410000,,[Ext.],,,,,,,*,,[PW]#,,*,,4,[1/2],*,9

• NOTE: pause comma's between "[Ext.]" & "Star" may very depending on how many rings the users account has before the caller is sent to voicemail. 
  • Each comma = 2 second pause
  • Each Ring = 4/5 seconds
• NOTE: Users Cell phone number must be programmed in for this to work.
  • Notify IT if this process doesn't work.
